Set your medical clone to another station. Let them kill your pod. You will wake up in a new clone, hopefully far away. Look into getting Jump Clones later, which will allow you to do this without killing yourself.

POS guns and EWAR modules will choose their targets purely randomly. They won't concentrate fire, they won't even prefer shooting their appropriate ship sizes. They will also drop their target and pick a new one every once in a while.
